Our terms and conditions are simple and few.

1. Blogging and posting is a privilege and not a right. It therefore carries responsibilities to act reasonably and with respect to readers, other bloggers and this website.

2. Selection of blog contributors is at the discretion of the owner (ID Media) and is not open to discussion.

3. Under usual circumstances, all posted items will be held for final online publication approval, by the owner (ID Media). That includes any later edits to a post.

4. Every post carries its own Terms & Conditions for posting, which you must tick at the end of making each post.

5. If for any reason you have questions or concerns about the content of your blog or post, or that of any other blog or post, please contact us.

6. The access login is given only to the person applying. It must never be shared with anyone else.

7. If for any reason the owner (ID Media) chooses to remove a blogger from access, ID Media can do that at anytime and is not obligated to provide a reason.

8. If for any reason the owner (ID Media) chooses to remove a published post, after it has initially been approved, ID Media can do that at anytime and is not obligated to provide a reason.

9. You agree that any blog or posting might be selected for use (credited to the author) within the Horowhenua Star printed publication. The Horowhenua Star editor will endevour to notify the blogger in such cases, but is not necessarily able to do this in every case.

10. There is no obligation on behalf of the Horowhenua Star publication to publish blogs or posts.

11. If your blog or post attracts comments, approval of such comments is at the discretion of the approving website manager, the owner (ID Media).
